OEM replacement turbocharger for the 2004-2007 6.0l Ford Powerstroke(F250, F350, E350, E450 and Excursion)

-360 degree 5 port thrust bearing made of copper bar(dissipates heat better than the oem steel unit while providing more oiling for higher boost capabilities and longevity)

-Staggered front and rear oil seal made of heat treated tool steel(reduces oil leakages past seal)

-Custom powder coat of your choice on compressor housing. No extra charge!(anything offered from www.prismaticpowders.com)

-Turbine housing coated with black high heat Cerakote coating

-Stock size and larger billet compressor wheels available at an additional cost(billet compressor wheels are more aerodynamic and provide more airflow resulting in quicker spool up times and more hp/tq)

-10 blade high flow turbine wheel available at an additional cost(provides more airflow resulting in increased hp/tq, reduces EGT's, decreases spool up time as well as giving that signature 7.3l turbo whistle sound)

-Stainless Steel Billet unison ring available at an additional cost(corrosion resistant, prevents sticking vanes and reduces wear wear and increases longevity of VGT solenoid)

Note ¹63.5mm billet compressor wheel will also include the antisurge compressor housing.
