Oem replacement turbocharger for the 1999.5-2003 Ford Powerstroke. May fit other models such as the Ford Excursion. 

-Upgraded billet brass bearings

-360 degree 5 port thrust bearing made of copper bar(dissipates heat better than the oem steel unit while providing more oiling for higher boost capabilities and longevity)

-Staggered rear oil seal made of heat treated tool steel(reduces oil leakages past seal)

-Custom powder coat of your choice on compressor housing(anything offered from www.prismaticpowders.com)

-Turbine housing coated with black high heat Cerakote coating

-Stock size and larger billet compressor wheels available at an additional cost(billet compressor wheels are more aerodynamic and provide more airflow resulting in quicker spool up times and more hp/tq)

-s300 style turbine wheel available at an additional cost(reduces egt's, provides more airflow resulting in an increase of hp/tq and reduces spool up time)

-Ball bearing conversion available at an additional cost.(ball bearing conversion main benefit is to give a quicker spool up time)

-Billet wastegate actuator available at an additional cost(33psi set pressure with an adjustable rod length allowing the ability to increase pressure/boost levels).

*Note- ¹The larger 66mm billet compressor wheel will come with a 1.0 a/r 4"inlet anti surge compressor housing and needed turbo inlet to fit the larger 4" compressor housing. ² If you choose the s300 style turbine wheel we also suggest running either the larger 66mm billet compressor wheel or the stock size billet compressor wheel as the oem style cast compressor wheel can overspool resulting in wheel damage. We are not responsible if you choose not to run either upgraded billet compressor wheels while running the s300 style turbine wheel.
